This is the first in a line of miscellaneous videos to round out 2010.
I've had alot of these ideas for a while, but didn't want to do a whole series on each artist. I figured instead of rushing my next Nujabes series, I would just use this extra time to purge myself of these amazing mash-ups.
I had heard of Onra shortly after I heard of Dilla's death (I was looking for someone with a similar style to fill the gap), and was blown away by the choppy, shockingly organic sound of Chinoiseries. I was fucking around with this epic beat one day and threw this on, and it fit incredibly well. Hell, I didn't have to chop anything up, just align it properly and voila!
This was made using Onra's "The Anthem" and Classified's "Find Out"
