February 7th, 1974. The day two of the most important producers of this generation were born. While they never worked together or even met, I'm sure I'm not the only one who sees glaring similarities in the music they made, and their influence on those they left behind.

When I made my first two Luv (sic) mixes, I was happy I was able to honor two of my idols simultaneously, but I felt it wasn't enough. Later, when I found the acapellas for 3, 4 & 5, I knew how to complete what I started.

Listen to 5 especially, consider it a message for both.

This is dedicated to the two artists who have inspired me the most, J Dilla and Nujabes. You've made an agnostic pray for heaven.
